1. Shipping Coverage
At By Kylie, for the moment we only deliver within Australia, and although international delivery is not yet available, we are actively working on expanding our services to other countries in the near future.
2. Products Covered
Our shipping policy applies to all products offered in our online store. Each item is carefully packaged and prepared in order to ensure reliable and timely shipping.
3. Delivery Locations
Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer during checkout, with no option for pickup at collection points or parcel lockers for the moment.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6 p.m. (GMT+10), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
5. Order Processing Time
Shipments are generally prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days following the confirmed order; this time frame includes order validation as well as the quality control and packaging steps.
6. Shipping and Delivery Times
Once shipped, deliveries within Australia take approximately 5 to 7 business days. Deliveries are carried out only on business days (Monday to Friday). Delays may occur during peak periods, such as public holidays or promotional events.
The total estimated delivery time is between 6 and 9 business days.
7. Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer standard free shipping for all orders shipped within Australia. No additional fees will be charged for packaging or processing of parcels.
8. Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bykylie.dk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee updates for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
9. Undeliverable Parcels
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of receipt, or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct return and reshipment costs from the refund amount.
10. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Since we currently only ship within Australia, customs duties and import taxes are not applicable. For future international orders, other rules regarding taxes and duties will be taken into account.

Our story began in Denmark, where Freja, Nanna, and Malik discovered a shared love for light and Scandinavian design. We learned how effective well-designed lighting can be in creating warmth and comfort at home from our long, dark days growing up.
It seemed ideal to share this in Australia. Our lamps complement the open lifestyle and emphasis on peaceful, roomy living. That’s why we sell our collection online in Australia — Danish design, clean and timeless, delivered directly to homes.
FREJA - THE SOUL
Freja adds perspective and warmth to everything we do. She has a profound awareness of how light affects a house and its occupants because of her many years of life experience and innate sense of harmony. She feels that a lamp is a source of peace and comfort rather than just an item.
According to Freja, creating environments where people genuinely feel comfortable is more important than following trends when it comes to lighting.
MALIK - THE CREATOR
Malik brings energy and vision to the brand. At 35, his creative background and sharp design instinct drive the look and feel of every lamp we offer. He's always experimenting with new shapes, materials, and ways to combine atmosphere and function.
For Malik, lighting is an expression — of identity, culture, and modern living.
NANNA - THE CONNECTOR
Nanna gives the brand a human touch. Her strengths at thirty are storytelling, communication, and genuinely understanding people. She ensures the brand feels warm, approachable, and connected — from every message to every shared idea.
For Nanna, lighting isn’t just about illumination — it’s about connection, mood, and making people feel at home.
