- Processing fees: No restocking fees will be applied.
- Refund time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.
- Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are not refundable.

At By Kylie, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it within 30 days following the receipt of your order. This policy applies only to deliveries made within Australia.

Items must be complete, unused, and in their original condition, with the original packaging and accessories. If the product is returned damaged or visibly used, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount.

Return Procedure and Shipping Fees
Returns must be made exclusively by postal mail. In the case of returning a non-defective item, the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The return address and detailed instructions will be provided to you after your request has been validated by customer service.

Condition of the Returned Product
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must be new, unused, in excellent condition, and accompanied by its original packaging as well as all included accessories.
In the case of a damaged, incomplete, or used return, a partial refund may be applied.

Exchanges
We offer the possibility of making an exchange for customers residing in Australia.
The process begins with a standard return of the item. Once this return is accepted, you may order a new item as a replacement.
In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, the return shipping fees will be covered by us.

Refund
Once your return is received and verified, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days.
The amount will be credited via the same payment method used for your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
Please note that the processing time may depend on your bank.

Restocking
No fees apply for returns of items in good condition.
However, if the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use, a deduction corresponding to the loss of value may be applied to the refunded amount.

Refused or Undelivered Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal upon delivery, or an unclaimed parcel, processing and reshipping fees may apply.

International Orders
This policy currently applies only to customers residing in Australia.
We plan to extend it to other countries in the near future.
For international deliveries, any customs fees and taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Address Modification
If you have already placed an order and wish to change the delivery address, contact us quickly at info@bykylie.dk. We will do our best to make the modification, but this cannot be guaranteed if the parcel has already been shipped.
Right to Cancel Within 14 Days (Australia)
In accordance with Australian consumer law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a cancellation.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, not worn, not used, with the original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase will be required to validate the request.

It seemed ideal to share this in Australia. Our lamps complement the open lifestyle and emphasis on peaceful, roomy living. That’s why we sell our collection online in Australia — Danish design, clean and timeless, delivered directly to homes.

FREJA - THE SOUL

Nanna gives the brand a human touch. Her strengths at thirty are storytelling, communication, and genuinely understanding people. She ensures the brand feels warm, approachable, and connected — from every message to every shared idea.
For Nanna, lighting isn’t just about illumination — it’s about connection, mood, and making people feel at home.
